• Matriarchicon & The Gravity of Midas from the legendary collection Skulls of Luci by Sam Spratt were collected by Bob Loukas & OSF for 75 ETH & 77.69 ETH. Both collectors now joined The Council of Luci.

• Nifty Gateway welcomed Grant Yun back with the collection Life In Japan 2, to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the Life In Japan collection debut. Unsurprisingly, it was a “site breaking drop - over 27,000 collectors vying for roughy 1050 pieces in the first few minutes.”

• Everydays: Group Effort by Beeple, edition of 100, from Moonbirds Diamond Exhibition had 95 ETH trading volume since the drop on April 27.

Other big news

• XCOPY tweeted “artists, show us your CC0 work” then went on remixing the works in the comment. As they are CC0’d, many of the remixes were minted as 1/1s and editions. XCOPY x IWAN/// SCROLL-BID-COLLECT edition of 500, for example, dropped on NiftyGateway on the 28th and had $213K trading volume on NG and 61 ETH on OpenSea by far.
