• Botto had 2 sales on SuperRare this week, a total of 29.05 ETH.

• Finest Hour by Guido was collected by gGFunk for 25 ETH on SuperRare.

• The Muse - Cosmos by Alpha Centauri Kid, 1-of-3 Physical Silkscreen Print, was collected by budfox for 23.95 ETH on AOTM.

GM Artist: Guess! Ive been wanting this piece for a long time. Created in 2018 it imagines a world 50 years on where we don't have breathable air. Im always a fan of imaginative pieces, and as usual the artist delivers great depth and incredible detail to the vision!

• Biological Generative Artist {agoria} had 2 sales on SuperRare this week, both from the series {Compend-AI}, a total of 9.9 ETH.

• The Duality of ETH - Introvert by Shavonne Wong was collected by soulgecko for 6 ETH on SuperRare. The work consists of two distinct digital pieces that represent the extroverted and introverted sides of personality. The variable that determines which stage of the piece is displayed is based on ETH traffic. The artwork dynamically switches between stages in response to the fluctuating traffic on the Ethereum blockchain.

• atlas by mae was collected by Studio Brasch for 5 ETH on SuperRare’s secondary market.

Series

• Currently ongoing Series WE ARE NOISE, A GENERATIVE ART COLLECTION CODE CURATED AND PRODUCED BY ROBNESS V2, was collected by 121 collectors since the mint on March 20.

Other big news

• To celebrate the 1 year anniversary of MAX PAIN AND FRENS, XCOPY raffled off his 1/1 LA WHENEVER to a random Max Pain holder.

• A year since the mint of Grant Yun’s Cow, one of the most iconic and influential artworks created in the NFT space. Cow was one of the earliest and most successfully CC0’d artworks that inspired countless derivatives from the art community. It was collected by defianceworks for 22 ETH a year ago.

Oh, the “glitch sale” at Sothebys - shows a profound lack of knowledge about the subject they’re presenting (sadly not uncommon at a commercial art institution). Cheers to those speaking up. It remains difficult to name failures of due acknowledgment. I salute you.

I am pulling my work from the Sothebys sale. While I believe it was a genuine oversight and the team means well, the lack of representation is a serious issue and we need to address this in our space. Female-identifying artists have played a major role in the glitch movement. ✊
